PSI dramatically improved the precision cast urethane sheet process establishing a new industry standard in thickness tolerances. Today all of our urethane sheets 1/8" or less meet a thickness tolerance as close ±.001" and PSI also offers custom thickness, hardness, colors.

URETHANE RINGS

PSI's urethane rods and tubes are made of tough, crack-resistant, and abrasion-resistant polyurethane, which lasts significantly longer than conventional rubbers and plastics.
CAST URETHANE ROLLERS
PSI's covered cast urethane rollers can carry up to four times more load than rubber and they provide wear and cut resistance in oily or wet environments. This makes them the perfect solution for high-stress applications, such as load wheels, conveyors, and drive and idler pulleys.-

WATER CLEAR URETHANE
When clarity counts, use transparent chemical resistant urethane. Water clear products are made from flexible and rigid casting resins that have been designed for use in applications requiring tough, tintable, and pigmentable materials that will maintain clarity in outdoor applications. 
SPILL CONTROL PRODUCTS
PSI offers a variety of durable, tough, and chemically resistant polyurethane drain protectors, drain covers, and safety seals that stop or prevent leaks of hazardous materials and PSI is the manufacturer of the original DrainProtector™ Safety Seal.
